New Reputation System

I installed a new reputaion system that allows users to vote on messages and topics, that user have created.
If you look at the right sode of any message you see in the forum you will see now new symbols ("+" and "-"). You can use this symbols to upvote or downvote a post to show, if you find it useful.
People that get more upvotes will get reputation. Reputaion will show all users how helpful a person is. Please don't abuse the new system and only vote on the posts that are really helpful. If you just like a person, don't upvote every post from this person only to get him/her a good reputation.
This is currently just an experiment. If it works good I will leave the system activated but if I see some abuse to it I will deactivate it again so please make the best out of it.
Maybe we can work in the future on this new feature and add some special options, like new titles, if users are very helpful.
